Abstract

The ZLA and the order of Librarians poster presents the ZLA Forum development from its beginnings in 2019 until today. It was created as a way to connect and further educate the library community. The format is flexible and there have been different lectures, panel discussions and workshops. It has also changed from being physical to virtual and hybrid. While it was being held in person, the participants were librarians from Zagreb and the surrounding cities (8 Forums, 54 lecturers, 433 participants from 50 different cities). Due to the earthquake and the pandemic in 2020 there were several in person and online workshops with a lower number of participants (7 Forums, 245 participants). In 2021 the number of participants increased significantly because the Forum was held on Zoom (8 Forums, 719 participants) and the participants were from different parts of Croatia as well as neighbouring countries. The topics covered are related to library science, but also to areas which the lecturers work in (marketing, psychology, cultural heritage, tourism, EU projects, etc.). The Forum is created and organised by the ZLA members and is aimed at anyone interested. The poster gives a graphic representation of changes in the number of participants over the years.
