| dc.description.abstract | Minutes of the 94th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 17 April 2023 via teleconference. The Board reviewed progress on the Plan for Securing IFLA’s Future, the 2023 Operational Plan, and the Risk Register. Key decisions included extending the call for Parliamentarian applications, approving the School Library Manifesto, and initiating the appointment process for Advisory Committees and Honorary Awards. The Board discussed updates on the IFLA Strategy 2025–2029, the draft Annual Report, and WLIC planning for 2023–2025. Financial updates, insurance coverage, and external representation were also noted. | |
