dc.description.abstract国际图联《监狱图书馆服务指南》（第四版）为规划、实施和评估各种监狱图书馆（包括成人和青少年监狱、拘留中心和看守所）的服务提供了一项参考。它为制定全国监狱图书馆指南提供了模板，并可根据当地情况和需要进行调整。由于很多国家无法保证较为宽泛的准则，因此本文设定了最低标准。本文为规划新图书馆和评估现有图书馆提供了一项参考，在缺乏当地指南或标准的地区亦可直接使用。此外，本文还可用作保障服刑人员阅读、学习和获取信息的基本权利的一般原则性声明。en_US
