Abstract
"The 52nd IFLA General Conference Tokyo 1986; IFLA, the international organization of the world-wide libraries was established in 1927 aiming at the expansion of the libraries and also the promotion of the international cooperative activities. The head office is in The Hague, Netherlands. At present, 1,100 organizations from 120 nations get affiliated with it and Japan has participated in it since 1927 with Japan Library Association as the window. The 'ukiyoe' depicted on the stamp is appointed important cultural asset and possessed by MOA Museum of Atami.
