Plans for WLIC 2026 were discussed, including the open session, business meeting, and the ICSTI Annual Conference. Status of and plans for the professional development webinars were reported. Collaboration with IFLA Regional Divisions was supported by the committee, including Science Comes to Town 2027 and future webinars. The suite of materials developed from the webinars was reported to be crucial for long-term impact. Progress of the Trust in Science Award was slower than expected but was moving forward. A SCITECH newsletter was decided to be an alternative for the original blog idea. Partnership was in development for the science fiction survey project.
