Abstract
International organizations assisting with library consortia development in Latin America and the results and benefits are described. Activities were supported by IFLA, and INASP as well as shared resources from ICOLC. Examples include Bolivia, Ecuador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and El Salvador.
