dc.description.abstractMinutes of the 82nd IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 13–15 December 2021 as a hybrid meeting in The Hague and via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from previous meetings, appointed members to the Finance and Risk Committee, and advanced work on the IFLA Handbook. Key decisions included endorsement of the revised School Library Manifesto, approval of the 2022 work programme and budget, and updates on WLIC planning. The Board also reviewed strategic direction reports, committee workplans, and postponed a full membership review to 2023 or 2024.
