Abstract

IFLAPARL 2024 Annual Conference (Madrid, 17-18 October), Day One, Second session. Slides of the presentation of the Portuguese parliamentary library, named Biblioteca Passos Manuels (BPM), and the communication and strategies recently designed to meet the users’ expectations and to increase the use of library resources. The BPM Library has introduced digital alternatives to the traditional in-person services, such as the committes' intranet portal and the new intranet library page. The staff act as contact points for the parliamentarians, and special outreach programs have been created.
