| dc.description.abstract | تؤمن المكتبات بشبكة إنترنت محورها الإنسان؛ تصون الحقوق من جهة، وتدفع عجلة التنمية من جهة أخرى ويُعد صون الحق الأساسي في الوصول إلى المعلومات والمعرفة نقطةَ الانطلاق الأساسية نحو تحقيق هذا الهدف. ولضمان هذا الحق وتجسيد هذه الرؤية للإنترنت، لا بد من إرساء حوكمة رشيدة، وهو ما يتطلب ذلك تحركًا فاعلًا من صانعي القرار وسائر الأطراف المعنية على جميع المستويات، داخل الأوساط الحكومية وخارجها، بما فيها قطاع المكتبات. ويُحدد "بيان الإفلا بشأن الإنترنت"، الصادر الآن في طبعته الثالثة المحدّثة بالكامل، المبادئ الرئيسية ينبغي، وفقًا لقطاع المكتبات، أن تشكل الأساس الذي تستند إليه القرارات المتعلقة بالإنترنت، كما يٌبرِز الإسهامات التي تقدمها المكتبات في هذا الصدد. | |
