Das wollen Richtlinien sein - Ratschläge, Beispiele und Best Practices (bewährte Verfahren), aber auch Modelle für Verhalten und Dienste - Anleitungen, denen man folgen sollte, wenn die Situation es zulässt oder erfordert. Wie der Text zeigt, kann es keine allgemeingültigen Lösungen oder Verfahren geben. Es bleibt deshalb stets zu hoffen, dass die Richtlinien für Behördenbibliotheken Kreativität und Ideen für die Umsetzung im eigenen Arbeitsbereich fördern. | en_US |
