"The eighth session of the International Committee on Libraries was held on the occasion of the II International Congress of Libraries and Bibliography. The sessions were held in Madrid at the Palace Hotel, on 19 and 20 May, and in Barcelona at the Generalitat Palace, on 30 May. Sixty-five delegates representing twenty-six different nations, the Secretariat of the League of Nations and the International Institute for Intellectual Co-operation took part in the work of this session."
