Abstract
"Love Traveling, Love Reading - Bring a Picture Book Home from Your Journey" is a project which involves adult readers in children's reading in Taiwan. Douliu City Library of Picture Books has organized a book-donation for the children in Douliu City, to encourage the citizens to bring one picture book back from their travels, and then donate the book to Douliu City Library. Through children reading picture books of other countries, this project hopes to expand their world view.
We connect our community through sharing knowledge, cultures, ideas, and the joy of reading from picture books. We believe that “One book” means “One love” to children. We are encouraged by the support we have received. It will further strengthen our commitment to advance children’s reading.
