dc.description.abstractMinutes of the 84th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 18 March 2022 via teleconference. The Board adopted the agenda, acknowledged statements of interest, and addressed IFLA’s position on the war in Ukraine. Key resolutions included rejecting the suspension of cooperation with Russian institutions, issuing a reaffirmed statement of IFLA’s core values, and rejecting the Russian Library Association’s application to exhibit at WLIC 2022 due to safety concerns. The Board endorsed the work of a Task Force supporting cultural heritage protection in Ukraine and committed to regular updates. An executive session followed.
