Abstract: | The Kaohsiung Public Library broke the typical service scope of the Taiwan Libraries, and initiated collaboration across cultural, medical, and social welfare systems, leading Kaohsiung City to become the first city in Taiwan to distribute infant and toddler book boxes across the medical system, and to influence relevant policy changes. The Kaohsiung Public Library created a reading promotion project called " Kaohsiung Babies Love Reading: Reading about Kaohsiung from 0" for 0-2 year olds. This project includes self-published books, book distribution channels, professional training and reading tutoring system to establish a complete service system. |
