Abstract
The extraordinary fifth meeting of the Regional Council 2023-2025 was held virtually on 5 February 2024. Items discussed during this meeting include welcome by the Regional Council Chair, followed by a discussion about the importance of regional identity, a regional communication analysis as a first step towards communication plans, and next steps and commitments around regional communications.
