Abstract

The Resource Sharing Collaborative and Volunteering Document Delivery (RSCVD) steering committee held its monthly meeting on the 12th of March, 2025 and discussed the latest successful upgrades on Talaria software with publishing 2 short videos tutorials on the RSCVD website. The updates went smooth. The next phase will focus on the statistics implementation and emails notifications. The next RSCVD demo will be held on the 13th of March for the Bodleian Library, organized by Peter Bae, Carmen Lomba and Katia Medawar. Giovanna will organize a demo on the latest updates to the Italian partners. Carmen reminded the committee about the coming RSCVD nominations in April 2025. The final selection of nominees will take place in August 2025. Katia confirmed that the DDRS proposal at the WLIC2025 is accepted and will follow up with Tuba about securing a booth for RSCVD. The IFLA elections were also discussed , where 15 vacant positions were available for DDRS and 16 candidates. Peter Bae is running for the IFLA Governing Board. Carmen provided an update on compiling the case studies for conversion into a formal paper which will be added to both the Baku repository and the IFLA repository.
