Abstract

Minutes of the 81st IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 2 November 2021 via teleconference. The Board approved minutes from the August meeting, noted a resolution allowing written decisions by simple majority, and confirmed plans for WLIC 2022, including a three-day physical conference with virtual elements and a revised format for the General Assembly. Key decisions included reconfirming the 2020 congress logo and theme, adjusting registration fees, and setting the 2022 membership fee increase at 1.95%. The Board also established the size of the Finance and Risk Committee and scheduled the December meeting in The Hague. An executive session followed.
