Abstract

United Nations Member States said positive things about libraries at the 36th meeting of the Standing Committee on Copyright and Related Rights (SCCR, World Intellectual Property Organisation, WIPO). They were supportive of further work at the international level on the topic of exceptions and limitations to copyright for cultural heritage institutions. IFLA has put together some of these quotes.
