Abstract
The poster provides powerful insights into the incredible work of the single largest resource sharing library network in South Asia i.e. DELNET-Developing Library Network, New Delhi, India connecting more than 9400 Institutions in India and few other countries (www.delnet.in). It is a not-for-profit organisation, working relentlessly for past more than 33 years. The mission and vision of DELNET is to empower and transform Libraries through the power of Library Networking. The wide spectrum of DELNET’s information & knowledge resources and services aims to strengthen the 5 Cs of Library Networking i.e. Content, Customers (Users), Cost, Community and Connectivity and also 3 As of SDGs i.e. Affordability, Accessibility and Availability. The state-of-the-art portals includes Discovery Portal (union catalogue of nearly 42 million library resources of member institutions), Vision Portal (Video Lectures of subject experts), Global Research & Innovation Portal (GRIP), etc are highlighted. For competency building, DELNET organises a large number of Webinars/programmes with national/global experts. It has a Youtube channel "WEBVIEW". The National Library of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty is an esteemed member institution of DELNET, availing of its resources and services.
