The needs assessment was analyzed with Modified Priority Needs Index (PNImodified). The research results revealed that 4 types of needs are prioritized from most to least as follows: other library facilities (PNImodified=0.236), library public relations ( PNImodified= 0.231) , search ( PNImodified= 0.218) and circulation service ( PNImodified= 0.187), respectively. The most needed services are 1) new/good book recommendation (PNImodified=0.305) 2) access to e-books on mobile phones (PNImodified=0.302) and 3) access to newsletters via QR code (PNImodified=0.294).
