Minutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 3 December 2025

Abstract

The Resource Sharing Collaborative and Volunteering Document Delivery (RSCVD) steering committee met on 3 December and began with a summary of RSCVD promotion and outreach activities, including webinars, publications, presentations, and other initiatives (such as an interview with Carmen Lomba and outreach in the United States at the RUSA STARS and Boston Consortium meetings). Next, an update was provided on the TALARIA software regarding the testing phase for emails and notifications and the recruitment of volunteers for testing. Finally, there was discussion of the materials to be included in the Dalia repository, the impact of AI on library work, institutional choices for integrating AI tools, and, finally, the planned meeting with PKP.
