Minutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 07 January 2026

Abstract

The Resource Sharing Collaborative and Volunteering Document Delivery (RSCVD) steering committee met on January 7th, and the meeting opened with a discussion on renewing the domain rscvd.org. Following the issues to be discussed at the 17 February meeting with PKP were considered. Next, an update was provided on TALARIA's email notification testing, voluntary translation assistance, and document storage in Dalia Repository. The meeting continued with a request to include RSCVD in the IFLA DDRS Action Plan and with a discussion on the importance of controlled digital lending (CDL). Finally, it was proposed RSCVD’s inclusion in IFLA’s MCULTP Multicultural Guidelines.
