Abstract

Background: In the AI era, "Infodemics" of deceptive medical advice and AI-synthesized scams pose direct threats to community health. Medlical library and Public library branches, as trusted hubs, must bridge the gap between clinical consultations and the unverified social media information patrons often turn to. Methodology: This project implements a "Zero-Cost, High-Trust" framework via social messaging platforms, emphasizing Physician-Librarian Synergy: Information Prescriptions (Ix): A physician-reviewed curation of authoritative resources addressing common regional diseases, establishing a reliable environment for public self-directed health education within the library. "Verified by Doctor" Portal: A curated interface of evidence-based materials co-reviewed by medical partners to debunk AI-generated myths. Automated Interception: Keyword-triggered "Anti-Scam Alerts" providing immediate warnings and redirecting users to authoritative library collections. Segmented Outreach: Tag-based alerts proactively protecting high-risk demographics, such as the elderly, from trending health scams. Conclusion :This practice proves that "Micro-Innovations" using ubiquitous tools can achieve "Macro-Impact" when integrated with local medical networks.
