Medlical library and Public library branches, as trusted hubs, must bridge the gap between clinical consultations and the unverified social media information patrons often turn to.

Methodology: This project implements a "Zero-Cost, High-Trust" framework via social messaging platforms, emphasizing Physician-Librarian Synergy: Information Prescriptions (Ix): A physician-reviewed curation of authoritative resources addressing common regional diseases, establishing a reliable environment for public self-directed health education within the library. "Verified by Doctor" Portal: A curated interface of evidence-based materials co-reviewed by medical partners to debunk AI-generated myths.

Automated Interception: Keyword-triggered "Anti-Scam Alerts" providing immediate warnings and redirecting users to authoritative library collections.

Segmented Outreach: Tag-based alerts proactively protecting high-risk demographics, such as the elderly, from trending health scams.
