Resumen
This issue features seven articles that carry the theme of Knowledge Management (KM) and Information Literacy (IL) forward with important contributions on the role of IL in lifeline learning and the role of knowledge sharing in leadership styles. In addition, the critical topic of mentoring librarians in academic libraries and educating librarians in Iran add to our knowledge on ways to support professional development within the LIS field.
